We’re passionate about providing the highest quality care and proven education methods to your child. Each member of our team is chosen for their ability to help your child settle into care, to help prepare them for school or to simply have a nice day with their friends.
We’d like to introduce a few of them to you here…of course, if you would like to know more about our educators, directors or any other staff member, please don’t hesitate to give us a call on 5274 9399 for Corio or 9746 0377 for Melton.

“I particularly love watching the children explore the outdoor spaces, as there is so much to see and do. The outdoor environment is very interactive and it’s wonderful to see the children’s excitement when caring for the chickens or planting fresh veggies.”
Rachael Boekamp, Early Learning Consultant
Rachael joined Happy Feet ELC over 4 years ago and is responsible for ensuring our educators and children have access to the latest learning theories and opportunities.
She is particularly proud of the intentional teaching methods implemented at the centre, community involvement activities and progressive indoor/outdoor play spaces.
“I love guiding our educators within the curriculum program planning and watching them, and our children, grow and evolve over the year as they become lifelong learners. My favourite space in the centre is the outdoor sustainable learning environment - I enjoy watching the children learning about caring for and nurturing the environment.”
Rebecca Branch, Kinder Teacher
A natural with children, Rebecca has been an integral part of our team for over four years and is much adored by the kinder children!
She works tirelessly to enhance the learning opportunities for children in the kinder room, and is always looking for new and exciting activities to include in the curriculum.
“I find my job very rewarding in watching children grow and develop and move onto their next journey of life at primary school. I love watching children blossom and fostering their development throughout the year. I particularly love watching the children during group sessions where they share their ideas, stories and feelings. They really shine in their learning!”
With increasing demand for childcare places, we encourage you to secure your child's place early.
